°° The printings, as far as it
pertains to Engraver's Die Proofs, have become
known and constant after 1964 January 1st, that
is from when the Postal Administration effects rigid controls in subject
and it affixes on the themselves Proofs the embossed control seal
that represent an ancient printing press. The number of the printed samples,
for every color, varied according to the Country of destination:
- French Andorra: 18
- Monaco: 19
- France: 23
- French Antarctic, Wallis and Futuna, French Polinesia, New Caledonia, St.
Pierre and Miquelon, Somali Coast: 26
- Afars and Issas, Benin, Cameroun, Centrafrican Rep., Comores, Congo, Ivory
Coast, Dahomey, Gabon, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Tchad,
Togo: 28
- Cambogia and Laos: 26
